Suzuki's press release is right -- the X-HEAD concept looks like a Tonka® truck.
The X-HEAD can be outfitted with three specific modules. The Camper module sleeps two, the Fashion configuration sets up the truck for urban use, and the Rescue module is designed for search and rescue operations.
The truck has a full-time four-wheel-drive system with limited slip differential and is powered by a four-cylinder engine and six-speed transmission. An "X" tire tread pattern and the truck's steep approach and departure angles should let you take the X-HEAD wherever you want it to go.
More X-HEAD Features
- Suzuki added a rear vision camera and linked it to a wide monitor in the cabin.
- Neoprene seats should be easy to keep clean.
- The truck has a portable toolbox that helps you deal with emergencies.
