2008 Chicago Auto Show GalleryNew Intros and Other Trucks and Cars on Display at the Chicago Auto Show Like other recent auto shows, green was a common theme in Chicago. But another trend that's emerging again is choices. Just look at the variety of vehicles out there, from the muscle car Dodge Challenger to Ford's Transit Connect compact van. VW's Routan puts it back in the minivan market. Suzuki's is entering the mid-size truck market with its (Nissan based) Equator. GM is expanding its HUMMER line to offer a true pickup truck, and will give us full-size hybrid trucks in 2009. Chevy's 2009 Traverse is a people mover that combines functionality, fuel economy and style. There's something out there for everyone.
