The Subaru Forester is the anti-road hog’s SUV. Although compact on the outside, it has immense useable interior space; probably more than many of the big momma SUVs. The XT is the hotrod Forester. Its new turbocharged Boxer 4-cylinder engine produces supercar numbers. Superb symmetrical full time AWD keeps the beefy tires on the tarmac. The XT is a WRX without the wing.
