This is where the "ginormous" part of the Titan really sinks in. My girlfriend and I conducted an experiment in the cab of the Titan after attending a wedding. We realized that we could do the Chicken Dance while seated in the dual front captain's chairs, without ever touching elbows with each other or the side windows. Try that in your Civic. Rear seat passengers were impressed with the space and comfort in the Titan, especially leg room. My six-foot tall sister is all leg, and she was perfectly comfortable sitting behind me at six-two. There's genuine room for three adults in back. For added flexibility, the rear bench seat is split 60/40. Folding it up takes just a second, leaving an enormous expanse of useable floor space.
The Titan's dash is well-laid out, simple and attractive. Easy-to-read analog gauges cluster over the steering wheel, and a smart center stack holds the audio and climate controls. A big center console has useful storage and non-skid surfaces, a nice touch. The plastics in the cabin seem sturdy and utilitarian, in keeping with the Titan's blue-collar ethic. There are several overhead storage compartments that don't make a whole lot of sense to me, though I'm sure I could fill them up with junk very quickly.
