Three New SRT Vehicles from Dodge
Dodge has introduced three 2005 Commemorative Edition SRT vehicles, the Dodge Viper SRT10, the Dodge SRT4 and the Dodge Ram SRT10. All of the limited edition SRT vehicles have a similar paint scheme, with blue stripes on white. Each one comes with a numbered plaque and a limited edition SRT book.The white and blue theme is continued in interior components. The Ram truck has blue stitching on the seats, shift boot and shift knob and on the steering wheel. Floor mats have similar stitching and the SRT10 logo.
The truck package includes polished wheels, brushed aluminum scuff plates and a hard tonneau cover.
Vehicles will arrive in dealerships during the summer of 2005. The Commemorative Edition package for the Dodge Ram SRT10 is priced at $4,500 over MSRP.
Chrysler's Street and Racing Technology program, SRT for short, is an in-house program that develops performance versions of stock vehicles from the company's standard lineup. Watch for ten new SRT vehicles before the end of 2005 and the new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 in 2006.
