Ford's Heros F-150 Contest

Ford is pairing up with a popular TV show, ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, to search for community heroes. Nominations are underway at www.TheHeroesF150.com.

You'll have until May 31st to nominate your favorite community hero. Be prepared to write a 250-word essay explaining why the person fits Ford's definition of a hero: "an individual who is dependable, family and/or community oriented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to his/her family, and/or co-workers and/or community."

A portion of the entry requires that you explain how your nominee would use the winnings: a 2009 F-150 and $250,000 to help build or rebuild a community project. What's in it for you? An entry will put you in the running for a second F-150 truck.
