GM Kills Its Pontiac G8 Sport Truck Project

The 2010 Pontiac G8 Sport Truck project is the latest victim of the auto industry's downturn. GM has shelved the project, saying that the truck was always expected to generate a low volume of sales. It looks like El Camino enthusiasts will have to wait for both GM and our our shaky economy to turn around, and then hope the automaker reconsiders its decision.

That is lame…..wonder if you can import a manual tranny Holden Ute to the states with right hand drive instead.
