Ford F-150 FX2 "UNBOUND"

Research shows that well over half of light truck owners customize their vehicles to enhance either appearance or performance -- or both -- to a tune of $40 billion dollars each year. With numbers like that, Ford upped its development of customized parts and accessories, promoting them at dealerships and at the company's accessories Web site. The F-150 FX2 "UNBOUND" Project Truck helped the push. The truck is outfitted with a combination of parts and accessories -- some that are available right now and some that are concepts. You might remember the FX2 truck introduced at SEMA a couple of years ago. A few of the then-concept items on that truck are now available as factory accessories, thanks to positive feedback Ford received through its dealers and other channels. Watch for some of the new items on this truck to go into production if popularity continues.
