Small Trucks Do Poorly in Recent Crash Tests

You might want to take a look at recent crash test results if you're thinking about downsizing to a small truck to save gas. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety just released its crashworthiness opinions for small pickups. The majority of them didn't fare too well, partly because they lack equipment that's standard, or at least optional, on most cars and SUVs.
