It still has that Ram-like appearance that Dodge truck fans are looking for, but the 2009 version of the Ram 1500 is a changed creature, inside and out, with more storage options and several new features for comfort and safety. Overall, truck sales have fallen since the housing market took a downturn, and the high price of gas hasn't helped, but sales of high-dollar trucks seems to be steady if not growing. Watch for more tweaks than ever before as manufacturers try to keep up with each other in the higher end market.
