Couple Awarded $53M in Dodge Ram Lawsuit

Unless an appeal is successful, DaimlerChrysler will pay $53M for damages from a 1999 accident involving a Dodge Ram pickup truck. The case was based on weaknesses in the metal recliner bracket that attaches the driver seat back to the seat base on 1995 through 1997 Dodge Ram Extended Cabs.
